1. The Marketplace Platform

BileoEvents.com provides a platform where third-party event organizers (“Organizers”) can list, promote, and sell tickets for events, and users (“Attendees”) can browse and purchase those tickets.

  • Role of BileoEvents: We are a platform provider only. We are not the creator, organizer, or owner of the events listed.
  • Contract of Sale: The contract for the purchase of a ticket is made directly between the Attendee and the Organizer.

2. User Accounts

To buy or sell tickets, you may be required to create an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. For Event Organizers

Organizers using BileoEvents.com agree to the following:

  • Accuracy: You must provide accurate event descriptions, dates, and pricing.
  • Cancellations: If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, it is the Organizer’s responsibility to notify Attendees and manage refunds.
  • Fees: BileoEvents.com charges a service fee for every ticket sold. These fees are non-refundable once a transaction is processed.

4. For Ticket Buyers (Attendees)

  • All Sales Final: Unless otherwise stated by the Organizer or required by law, all ticket sales are final.
  • Delivery: Tickets are typically delivered via email or accessible through your account dashboard.
  • Verification: It is your responsibility to verify the event details (time, location, age restrictions) before purchasing.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment Processing: We use secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). BileoEvents does not store your full credit card details.
  • Refund Policy: Refund requests must be directed to the Event Organizer. BileoEvents will only process refunds if authorized by the Organizer or in the event of platform errors.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  1. Use the site for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.
  2. Post “fake” events or tickets.
  3. Circumvent our fee structure by taking transactions off-platform.
  4. Scrape or copy content from the site without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

BileoEvents.com is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:

  • Any personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from attendance at an event.
  • The accuracy of event listings provided by Organizers.
  • Technical interruptions or website downtime.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our site. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
